Professor Thomas Bader is leading the project “Improving the competitive advantage of CLT-based building systems through engineering design and reduced carbon footprint”. The objective of this project is to increase the competitiveness of cross-laminated timber (CLT) as a construction material of the future and thus contribute to a green transformation of the building sector. Dynalyse and some other companies are industrial partners in the project. Within the project, Precigrader is used as one tool with the aim of optimising CLT panels.
