Dynalyse AB offers the systems ‘Coat Weight Scanner’ and ‘Paint Control’ for painting and surface coating lines.
With Dynalyse Coat Weight Scanner the applied coat weight (paint, lacquer, glue) or surface moisture can be monitored during production for cardboards, converting, carpets, paper and other webs.
Paint Control is modular and used for process control and documentation to ensure a correct coat weight or paint amount on claddings, mouldings and panels. For this system the following products can be included: MC Pro 2400/2500 for the measurement of the moisture content through the material and the OMNIR for surface moisture prior to painting.
