Dynalyse strengthens organization

DYNALYSE STRENGTHENS ORGANIZATION FOR GROWTH.

Dynalyse will deliver a strong result in 2021 and at the same time take the opportunity to make organizational changes.

Mats Wedell has joined as the new CEO and sales manager at the same time as the service side is strengthened with a full-time technician.

– It feels gratifying to take this step. We want to take the business to the next level and continue to invest in the relationship with our customers, says Mats.

As another part of the change work, Mikael Perstorper, former CEO, will be more strongly linked to the academic part as a technical doctor. In September, Mikael took on the role of adjunct professor of construction technology at Karlstad University with the task of building up their wood technology research into a 40 percent employment.

– We also think this is positive for Dynalyse. Mikael has a solid research background in wood technology and will spend the remaining time developing our offer in quality assurance of wood in collaboration with the university, says Mats.

With him as the new CEO, Dynalyse can add another 25 years of expertise as he joins with extensive experience from international sales in the automation industry. Mats will have an important strategic role with a strong focus on the sales front. Together with the rest of the team, they will work to ensure a continued positive sales development and meet the greater demand for Dynalyse products. Ease of use and good exchange in what the products sort is something that many of the users appreciate.

In 2021, Dynalyse has noticed a significant increase in sales with customers from British Columbia in Canada to Siberia.

– 2021 will be a strong year for us and we have expanded an already strong customer list. I feel confident that the changes we are implementing will further strengthen our presence with customers. The availability is already today something we know is much appreciated, says Mats.

As part of the service offering, Dynalyse employs service technician Pär Pärsson at 100 percent. He has solid experience as a self-employed person on the service side, but has now joined the Dynalyse team since 1 November.

Dynalyse develops, manufactures and sells innovative products for sorting timber in the sawmill industry. The company is based in Partille and was formed in 1995 as a seed company within Chalmers and thanks to a revolutionary system that has developed over the years, it now has over 200 customers worldwide, including all the major Swedish sawmill groups.
